Clients retain ownership of their own data and content provided for projects.

5. Payments

• Payments shall be made according to the agreed quotation or contract.
• Delays in payment may affect project timelines.
• All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in writing.

Some solutions may involve third-party platforms, hosting providers, APIs, plugins, or software. Mukesoft is not responsible for service interruptions or changes made by such third-party providers.

7. Limitation of Liability

Mukesoft shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages.
• Data loss due to external attacks or third-party failures.
• Temporary service interruptions beyond our control.
• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities arising from the use of our services.

8. Confidentiality

Mukesoft respects the confidentiality of client information and takes reasonable measures to protect sensitive data. We do not disclose confidential information to third parties except where required by law or with client consent.

9. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee continuous availability and may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications when necessary.

10. Termination

Mukesoft reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if:

• Terms are violated.
• Illegal or harmful activities are detected.
• Payments remain outstanding.

11. Changes to Terms

Mukesoft may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Revised terms will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
